Loose & Co. is currently shipping to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Loose & Co. does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

 

How much shipping will I pay on my order?

All orders $49 and over ship for FREE! Loose & Co. uses standard UPS rates by package weight as well as customer location to calculate final shipping rates on any orders under $49.

 

How long does shipping take?

On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time and origin for each product.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has shipped. You can log into your account with the phone number you registered with during check out as well. To log in, go to the Loose & Co. website and tap on the person icon in the upper right corner.

Returns

Loose & Co. will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label if they meet the criteria belowWe do not accept exchanges of any kind.

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving all items in the order.  The first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status. 

 

How can I make sure my return qualifies for a full refund?

To qualify for a full refund, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving all order items. You must also ship the product back to us within 7 days of requesting the return, to qualify for a full refund. 

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Loose & Co. 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process.
  • Loose & Co. will email you after the return has been processed to confirm.

What is not eligible for return?

Final sale and non-returnable:
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Jewelry
  • Worn clothing items without original tags or clear garment packaging with the SKU label.

 

Cancellations

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
